At Grow Mentality, we value transparency and clarity. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for our digital products and consulting services.


1. Nature of Our Products & Services

We offer:

  • Digital products (eBooks, templates, digital courses, downloadable content, etc.)

  • Consulting services (business coaching, strategy calls, personalized plans, etc.)


2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Digital Products

  • Once a digital product is purchased and delivered/accessed/downloaded, cancellation is not permitted.

  • If the digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll ensure you receive access or a replacement download link.

  • All refunds  amount will be credited within 4-6 days to the payment mode.

2.2 Consulting Services

  • You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

  • To reschedule a session, please contact us at support@ecommerce.growmentality.com at least 12 hours in advance.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable, and cannot be fixed.

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (we will refund the duplicate charge).

  • All refunds  amount will be credited within 4-6 days to the payment mode.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Inability to use the file due to incompatible software/hardware

3.2 Consulting Services

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • If the service was not rendered and cancellation was made within the allowed time frame.

  • If the consultant fails to show up for the scheduled session and no reschedule is offered.

All refunds  amount will be credited within 4-6 days to the payment mode.


4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or report a problem:

  2. Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • Product/Service purchased

    • Reason for cancellation or issue

Our support team will respond within 1 business days.


5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms. If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to:

  • Block your account and IP address

  • Pursue legal action for misuse
