Once a digital product is purchased and delivered/accessed/downloaded, cancellation is not permitted.

If the digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll ensure you receive access or a replacement download link.
All refunds amount will be credited within 4-6 days to the payment mode.
2.2 Consulting Services

You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase (we will refund the duplicate charge).
All refunds amount will be credited within 4-6 days to the payment mode.

3.2 Consulting Services
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
