1. Digital Products (Non-returnable)

All digital products sold on our platform — including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable toolkits

…are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Returns are not accepted for:

    • The service could not be rendered at all.

No returns or refunds will be processed for:

  • Missed appointments without notice

3. Incorrect or Broken File Delivery

In rare cases, if:

  • The download link is broken

  • You are unable to access the content due to technical reasons
